Applications are invited for the permanent post of Assistant Officer (Grade 17) at the Secretariat of the Legislative Assembly of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Muzaffarabad. This role involves administrative and officer-level duties within the assembly secretariat.Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:a) Master's degree (2nd division) from a recognized University; OR
b) B.Sc Engineering from a recognized University; OR
c) Graduate (2nd division) from a recognized University; AND
d) 7 years administrative or officer or protocol experience OR 5 years' experience in management capacity in a hotel or a club or a government hostel.
Age Limit
The age limit for applicants is 18 to 35 years. Age relaxation up to 40 years is applicable for government servants as per rules.Application Process and Interview
Interested candidates fulfilling the criteria should submit their applications to the office of the Deputy Secretary (Admin), Legislative Assembly Secretariat, Muzaffarabad by 20 May 2025. The application must include attested copies of CNIC, State Subject Certificate (Domicile), educational certificates, experience certificates (if applicable), and two recent passport-size photographs.Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
