Controller of Examinations

Role Description

Applications are invited from motivated Pakistani Nationals for the non-teaching post of Controller of Examinations (BS-20) at Govt. College Women University Sialkot. The position is offered on a contract basis for a period of 03 years and involves overseeing all examination-related activities at the university.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet one of the following requirements from an Institute or University recognized by the HEC:
Option 1: PhD in any discipline, plus eight (08) years of post-qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the HEC or public sector organization.
Option 2: MS or M.Phil (minimum 2nd division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification, plus ten (10) years of post-qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the HEC or the public sector organization.
Option 3: MA or MSc or BS (minimum 2nd division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification, plus twelve (12) years of post-qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the HEC or the public sector organization.

Age Requirement

The required age for applicants is between 35 and 50 years. Age relaxation may be granted as per Government of Punjab policy.

Application Submission

First, apply online via https://jobs.gcwus.com/ by the deadline of 02 May, 2025. Then, prepare three (03) sets including the signed online application form, a one-page updated CV, attested copies of all academic and experience documents, CNIC, domicile, a recent 1x1 photograph, and the processing fee proof (Rs. 3000/- for BS-20). The non-refundable fee should be paid via demand draft/pay order to the Treasurer, Govt. College Women University, Sialkot, or deposited into Bank of Punjab (Paris Road Branch Sialkot) A/C No. 6580208768600042. Submit these hard copies to the Registrar's office, Govt. College Women University, Sialkot by 06 May, 2025 (within office hours), either in person or by courier. Mark the post name 'Controller of Examinations' on the top right corner of the envelope.

General Instructions

Disabled applicants are exempt from the fee upon providing a valid disability certificate. Government employees must apply through proper channels with NOC/Departmental Permission Certificate. Separate applications and processing fees are needed for each post applied for. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for test/interview; no travel allowance (TA/DA) will be paid.
