Position Summary
The Assistant Manager Human Resource will support the HR department at the PKLI Head Quarter in Lahore. The role involves a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. The successful candidate will help foster a positive work environment and ensure that HR practices align with the institute's goals and legal requirements.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with policy.
- Support the performance appraisal process.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
