Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum qualification in air traffic control training from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years administration & supply chain planning experience.

Requirements and Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear and concise instructions under pressure.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities are essential for managing multiple aircraft and avoiding conflicts.
• Proficiency in radar, radio communication, and air traffic control systems is required, along with the ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations.
• A solid understanding of aviation regulations and safety protocols is also necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and monitor aircraft movements, ensuring safe air traffic control, coordination with ground staff, and compliance with aviation safety protocols.
