Admin Officer

Position Overview

Applications are invited for the position of Admin Officer (PPS-7) for a project under the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination. The role is based in Islamabad on a contract basis for one year, with the possibility of extension until 30th June 2026. The Admin Officer will provide comprehensive administrative support to the project.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

• Education: Post Graduate degree in Business Administration/MPA or 16 years of education or equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an Admin Officer/Coordinator with a development organization, public health, or finance institution. Comparable experience in the public/private sector/UN/HDP is also relevant. Experience with grant management, procurement, and multi/bilateral donor financial policies is required.
