Accommodation Supervisor

Role Overview

Kohesultan Mining Company (Private) Limited (KMCL) is seeking two experienced Accommodation Supervisors for its ADM department at the Siah Dik Copper Project Site. The role involves overseeing the comprehensive management of hostel operations for project staff.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the comprehensive management of hostel operations.
Supervising daily activities, room allocations, and maintenance.
Ensuring facility upkeep, repairs, and compliance with health/safety standards.
Managing inventory of supplies.
Leading and training staff.
Scheduling shifts for round-the-clock staffing.
Conducting regular safety inspections.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 03 years of supervisory experience in hostel/hotel management.

Skills and Abilities

Strong leadership qualities.
Expert knowledge of health and safety compliance, crisis management, and team operations.
Proficiency in hospitality software and MS Office.
Skilled in clear, effective communication.
