Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead technicians in component rebuild, overhaul, machining, assembly, and testing.
• Ensure compliance with Caterpillar Contamination Control, OEM, and HSE standards.
• Review parts requirements, quotations, teardown reports, and test-bench performance using SIS, TMI, HIS, and Cat Inspect.
• Drive process improvement, equipment maintenance, and technical support.
• Coordinate with customers, Sales, and Service teams for efficient service delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications
