Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering/Avionics/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Engineering from a Recognized University.
• Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), where applicable.

Experience

• Minimum twenty (20) years of post-qualification experience in maintenance, planning, development and execution of projects related to communication, navigation, surveillance (CNS) systems for provision of Air Navigation Services; with minimum eight (08) years at senior management level.
• Experience in procurement, installation, maintenance and operations of Radar/NAVAIDS/Instrumental Landing Systems shall be given preference.
• Experience in formulation of policies, developing strategies/procedures and implementation.

Desired Skills

• Strong analytical, creative and management abilities.
• Proven track record of management roles in the aviation industry, demonstrating successful delivery and leadership capabilities.
• Well versed with local and international engineering standards, contract operation & management.
• Conversant with Project Management Tools and Techniques as well as documented maintenance management systems practices.
• Should have knowledge of the aviation industry and its safety and compliance requirements.
• Strong administrative and professional skills such as decision-making, organizing and planning.
• Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources.
• Proficiency in computer literacy.
