About the Role

National Bank of Pakistan is inviting applications for the position of Unit Head - Roshan Digital Account (AVP) in Karachi. The role requires managing day-to-day operations of the RDA Unit and ensuring effective delivery of products and services to overseas Pakistani customers.

Key Responsibilities

To develop and implement business plans to achieve Roshan Digital Account (RDA) acquisition, deposit mobilization and portfolio growth targets.
To manage the day to day operations of the RDA Unit and ensure the effective delivery of products and services.
To drive customer acquisition by sourcing new RDA customers and managing referral leads.
To monitor daily lead pipelines, review KYC documentation, and resolve onboarding discrepancies.
