Enhance your academic journey with practical exposure to animal care and conservation through the Chief Minister Punjab Wildlife Internship Program 2025 (Batch 1). This initiative by the Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department, Government of the Punjab, offers a unique opportunity for young graduates to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of wildlife management and preservation.Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this exciting internship opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:- Education: Must be a fresh graduate with a BS (Hons.) degree in Zoology or a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree. The degree must have been completed within the last 2 years.
- Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 25 years old.
Internship Details
- Duration: The internship program spans three (3) months.
- Stipend: Interns will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 60,000.
- Learning Areas: The program covers practical training in Hands-on Animal Handling, Zoo Management, Animal Care, Wildlife Conservation, Animal Behavior Observation, and Animal Nutrition.
- Certification: Upon successful completion of the internship, participants will be awarded a certificate endorsed by the Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department.
