About the Role

Future Designz is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the Warehouse Administration Manager job in Lahore. In this role, you will oversee daily facility operations, handle staff supervision, and manage inventory control specific to fragile ceramic and porcelain products. Your key duties will involve space optimization, administrative compliance, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth facility workflows.

Core Responsibilities

As our Warehouse Administration Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Operations & Logistics: Oversee receiving, storage, and safe dispatch of heavy tile pallets, minimizing breakage and maximizing floor efficiency.
• Administration & Compliance: Enforce facility safety regulations, manage warehouse staff attendance, maintain vendor/transport contracts, and oversee routine building maintenance.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock accuracy, reconcile physical tile counts with digital management systems, and report damaged or dead stock.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and develop warehouse staff, ensure training, productivity, and a culture of safety and accountability.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of combined warehouse operations and administrative management experience.
