Manager Facilities and Campus Management

Job Overview

The Manager Facilities and Campus Management is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and improvement of the facilities and campus environment at Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences. This includes ensuring the efficient operation of buildings, grounds, and equipment, as well as maintaining a safe and secure environment for all occupants. The manager will oversee a team of maintenance and support staff, and will be responsible for budgeting, planning, and implementing facility-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement facility management plans and procedures. nManage maintenance and repair activities for buildings, grounds, and equipment. nOversee security and safety systems. nManage budgets and contracts related to facility operations. nEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. nSupervise and train facility staff. nPlan and implement facility improvement projects.

Qualifications and Skills

MBA/Masters in Management or an equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized institute. nMinimum 5-7 years post-qualification relevant experience in any well-reputed health care setup. nProficiency in written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and I.T skills is a must.
