Role Overview

Quetta Institute of Medical Sciences (QIMS) Quetta Cantt requires competent and motivated individuals for the position of Warden for both Boys and Girls Hostels. The Warden will be responsible for the overall administration, discipline, and welfare of the hostel residents.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a Master's degree from a recognized institution. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in hostel management or administration, is required. The maximum age limit for applicants is 45 years.

Vacancies

There is one position available for a Male Warden and one position available for a Female Warden.

The completed form, along with required documents (Academic Record, CNIC, 04 Passport Size Pictures, Experience Certificate, CV, Local or Domicile), must be submitted to the HR Department, QIMS, or sent to the address: Quetta Institute of Medical Sciences (QMS), Chillan Road, Quetta Cantt, by the deadline of 07 April, 2025. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
