Role Overview

Quetta Institute of Medical Sciences (QIMS) seeks dedicated Supervisors for its Boys/Girls Hostels located in Quetta Cantt. The Supervisor will assist the Warden in managing hostel affairs, supervising junior staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must hold a Graduation (Bachelor's) degree. Relevant experience of 3-4 years in a supervisory or administrative capacity, ideally within a hostel or similar environment, is required. The upper age limit for this position is 45 years.

Vacancies

One position is available for a Male Supervisor and one for a Female Supervisor.

Submit the filled form along with necessary documents (Academic Record, CNIC, 04 Passport Size Pictures, Experience Certificate, CV, Local or Domicile) to the HR Department, QIMS, or mail it to Quetta Institute of Medical Sciences (QMS), Chillan Road, Quetta Cantt, before 07 April, 2025. Shortlisted individuals will be invited for a test/interview. No travel allowance will be provided.
