This role involves coordinating with Admission, Degree/Record, Finance, and Administration Departments for document collection, verification, scanning, and dispatch. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Admission, Degree/Record, Finance, and Administration Departments for document collection, verification, scanning, and dispatch.
• Review academic documents for completeness, authenticity, clarity, and eligibility.
• Prepare verification lists, pay orders, cover letters, and documents for submission to relevant Boards/Universities.
• Maintain verification records, student files, courier receipts, and pending cases, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Report forged, tampered, or suspicious documents and coordinate with relevant departments for necessary action.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Applicants should possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle administrative and verification tasks effectively.
