Role Overview

Sindh Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS) in Karachi is looking for a skilled Clinical Nursing Instructor / Lecturer to join the School of Nursing (SON). This role focuses on providing practical clinical education and guidance to nursing students.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Clinical Nursing Instructor / Lecturer position, candidates must have:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing Post-RN (BSN-PRN). Academic qualifications must be from HEC-recognized Universities/Degree Awarding Institutes.
• Experience: Minimum of 05 years of teaching experience coupled with 02 years of clinical experience.
• License: Must possess a valid Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council (PNMC) license.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves supervising students during clinical rotations, demonstrating nursing procedures, facilitating skill development, evaluating clinical performance, and collaborating with academic staff.
