Job Overview

The Tutor Non-Formal Education is responsible for delivering educational services in non-formal educational centers and literacy programs across different districts of Balochistan. This role involves teaching basic literacy and numeracy skills to children and adults who may not have access to formal education. The tutor will work closely with supervisors to ensure the effective implementation of the educational curriculum and to monitor student progress.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting lessons and delivering educational content in non-formal education centers and literacy programs.
Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Collaborating with supervisors to ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum.
Participating in training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and no more than 30 years old as of the last date for submission of applications.
Age relaxation will be granted in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in tests and interviews, as well as their educational qualifications.
Candidates with professional qualifications such as AD, EC, and B.Ed will be given preference.
Women candidates will be given preference.
No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
All positions are purely temporary.
