Job Overview

The Supervisor Non-Formal Education will be responsible for overseeing the activities of non-formal education centers and literacy programs in designated districts of Balochistan. This role includes supervising tutors, monitoring program implementation, and ensuring that educational initiatives are effectively delivered to the target communities.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in promoting literacy and education in areas where formal schooling may be limited or inaccessible.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise tutors and monitor the progress of non-formal education centers and literacy programs.
Ensure the effective implementation of educational initiatives in designated areas.
Monitor program implementation and assess the performance of tutors.
Provide guidance and support to tutors to improve their teaching methods.
Ensure compliance with program guidelines and reporting requirements.
Submit all relevant documents to the district officials.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and no more than 30 years old as of the last date for submission of applications.
Age relaxation will be granted in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in tests and interviews, as well as their educational qualifications.
Candidates with professional qualifications such as AD, EC, and B.Ed will be given preference.
Women candidates will be given preference.
No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
All positions are purely temporary.
