Job Summary

The Treasury Head at The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. will be a key leader in managing the bank's financial assets and liabilities. This role encompasses overseeing the liquidity and fund management, optimizing investment returns, and ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must hold an MBA or a relevant Master's Degree. Additional certifications or courses in treasury, finance, or related fields will be considered a significant advantage. A minimum of 05 years of post-qualification experience is required, with at least 03 years specifically in a similar position within a bank or a reputable financial institution, demonstrating a deep understanding of treasury operations.

Roles & Responsibility

• Take primary responsibility for the comprehensive management of liquidity and fund operations within the bank.
• Manage the investment portfolio strategically to optimize returns while ensuring adequate balance between Assets & Liabilities of The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd.
• Ensure strict regulatory compliance with all State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) requirements, including SLR, CRR, and other pertinent regulations.
• Monitor, identify, and report on interest rate, market, and liquidity risks to proactively mitigate potential financial exposures.
• Develop and implement robust policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the treasury function.
• Conduct advanced data analytics to support and inform improved decision-making processes within the treasury department.
