National Bank of Pakistan is offering a career opportunity for a Training Coordinator (OG-III / OG-II) at the Director Staff College based in Karachi. The role involves coordinating training activities, compiling necessary resources, managing training MIS, and ensuring smooth execution of staff development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all training activities with regions and groups, including nominations and attendance sheets.
• Coordinate with internal and external trainers for systematic and timely execution of training programs.
• Prepare and compile all necessary resources including courseware, training manuals, and schedules.
• Prepare and maintain training MIS, including monthly training activity reports and post-assessments.
• Prepare office notes for the payment of honorarium to internal and external resource persons.
• Ensure all classrooms are fully functional and any malfunction is rectified immediately.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have a minimum Graduation or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution. Candidates having a Master's degree or professional certifications will be preferred. A minimum of 02 years of working experience in Learning and Development, HR, or banking is mandatory. Effective communication skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in MS Office are essential for this role.
