Telephone Attendant

Role Overview

Applications are being accepted for the position of Telephone Attendant (BPS-07). The role involves managing telephone communications, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and potentially maintaining call records for a government office. Applicants must be domiciled in Dera Ismail Khan or Tank.

Qualifications and Eligibility

Education: SSC (Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent qualification from a recognized educational board.
Domicile: Must possess a valid domicile certificate from District Dera Ismail Khan or District Tank.
Age Limit: Between 18 and 30 years. Age calculation will be based on the closing date of applications according to government rules.

Application Requirements and Procedure

1. Applications must be handwritten and clearly state the applicant's details.
2. Apply separately for each position if interested in multiple roles.
3. Government employees must route their applications through their current department.
4. Include applicant's name, father's name, attested complete permanent address, mobile number, and postal address.
5. Attach attested photocopies of educational qualifications, CNIC, and Domicile certificate.
6. Submit the application via postal mail.
7. Bring original documents to the test/interview.
8. Passing the test/interview is mandatory.
9. No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
