This contract-based role is available at healthcare facilities in Mirpurkhas and Tando Muhammad Khan. OT Technicians are essential in preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, assisting the surgical team, and maintaining a safe and efficient surgical environment. Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must hold a Diploma in OT Technician, which is recognized by the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) or the Sindh Medical Faculty (SMF). A minimum of two years of practical experience specifically in an Operation Theater setting is mandatory. The maximum age limit for applicants is 45 years, ensuring that candidates bring relevant experience and maturity to this demanding role.

Benefits and Allowances

The OT Technician position offers a competitive monthly salary of Rs. 41,080/-. In addition to the salary, successful candidates will be eligible for various benefits, including Provident Fund, EOBI, and Health & Medical Insurance. As part of the paramedical staff, you may also qualify for hard areas allowance, cluster allowance, evening/night shift allowance, and holiday compensation allowances, as per PPHI Sindh's policies.
