Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a Diploma in Blood Bank Technician or an equivalent qualification, recognized by the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) or the Sindh Medical Faculty (SMF). A minimum of two years of practical experience in a registered Blood Bank is mandatory. The maximum age limit for applicants is 45 years, ensuring that candidates bring relevant and updated experience to this specialized role.

Benefits and Allowances

The Blood Bank Technician position offers a competitive monthly salary of Rs. 41,080/-. In addition to the salary, successful candidates will be eligible for various benefits, including Provident Fund, EOBI, and Health & Medical Insurance. As part of the paramedical staff, you may also qualify for hard areas allowance, cluster allowance, evening/night shift allowance, and holiday compensation allowances, as per PPHI Sindh's policies.
