Sustainability Officer

Job Overview

Khyber Medical University requires the services of a Sustainability Officer on a contract basis for a donor-funded project with a fixed term of one year. This role is based in Islamabad and offers a great opportunity for professionals with expertise in health sciences, public health, social sciences, or relevant disciplines to contribute to impactful institutional projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the position:

• Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Social Sciences, or any relevant discipline. Preference will be given to post-graduate degree holders.
• Experience: A minimum of five (05) years of experience in developing business plans, revenue models, fundraising, entrepreneurship, social-enterprise experience, and costed service offerings.
• Additional Skills: Proven ability to attract external funding, registering or operating within Pakistan's nonprofit/company regulatory environment (e.g., SECP, FBR, trust/society law), or equivalent experience with legal entity formation elsewhere, and managing multiorganization or collaborative partnerships.
