a. Secondary School Certificate with Science from a recognized board.b. Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized Board.
c. 03 years post qualification work related experience.
General Terms & Conditions
- All the appointments will be made on a contractual basis as per MTI Rules 2015 and Regulations (as amended from time to time).
- The candidates who wish to apply more than one post, he/she must submit a separate application form for each post.
- Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies/Semi-Autonomous/ Private Medical Colleges employees will be required to produce NOC at the time of submission of documents.
- Number of vacancies can be increased/decreased in any time without any notice.
- The undersigned reserves the right to cancel or fill any/all vacancies without assigning any reason.
- For the purpose of educational/professional qualification, the Degree/Diplomas/ Certificates of un-recognized Institutions are not acceptable.
- All relevant documents, Degree, DMC, Domicile, CNIC, Experience Certificate (attested copies) will be required to submit at a later stage after screening the test is conducted. Only those documents submitted within the stipulated time will be considered for further process.
- Any candidate may be disqualified or excluded from interview if he/she was:n
- Convicted by the Court of Law.
- Dismissed from Public Service.
- Knowingly furnishes any false information.
- Suppresses any information which may lead to his/her disqualification.
- Attempts to obtain support for his/her (candidature by improper means).
- Submit forged certificates.
- Tempers with the entries in his/her age and academic certificates.
- Misbehaves in the Interview.
- Character verification and background check of the selectee will be conducted. In case of any unsatisfactory information/report or criminal record the selection will stand cancel/withdrawn immediately.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- No TA/DA will be allowed for interview.
- 2% quota is reserved for disabled & 10 % quota is reserved for female candidate & 5 % quota for minority person shall be applicable on the above-mentioned posts (Disability certificate issued by the competent medical board shall be required).
- Experience should be from FBR approved/ registered Institutes / firms / organizations.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
How to Apply (For ETEA Posts from S.No.3 To S.No.6)
Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.All the candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
- Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
- After successful submission of an online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, project code & candidates’ personal information) will be generated.
- Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) through any branch of UBL Bank or via UBL OMNI agent, Easypaisa app or Agent, Jazz Cash app or at any branch of UBL bank or via UBL OMNI agent.
- After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
- After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/ documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
- Availability of online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk on 28.03.2025
- Last date for submission of online Application is 18.04.2025
- Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA’s short code 8333 for downloading and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile number.
- Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
How to Apply (For S.No. 7 and S.No. 8)
Interested candidates from Serial No. 7 and Serial No. 8 shall apply on prescribed application form available from the Accounts Branch of the Ayub Medical College against payment of Rs. 300/- for each application form.The application form can also be downloaded from the official website of Ayub Medical College i.e. www.ayubmed.edu.pk which must be then submitted with a bank draft amounting Rs. 300/- in favor of Dean Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad along with other required documents.
Duly filled application forms may be sent through registered mail at the below given address before or before the closing date. (By hand submission of applications will not be accepted):
