Role Overview

Elite Power (Pvt) Ltd is currently seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Proposal Engineer (E&I) to join our growing team. We have 02 open positions available for this role. Education & Experience Requirements

Candidates must hold a BS Electrical degree. A minimum of 07 years of relevant experience in a contracting company serving industrial, commercial, and oil & gas projects is required, specifically in preparing technical and commercial bids.

Key Skills Required

• Primavera / MS Project
• Basic AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point
• Time management and good communication skills
• Skilled in reading technical documents

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Minute study of RFQs/Tenders & seeking clarifications from clients to understand their requirements and quality standards.
• To seek technical clarifications from clients, conduct pre-bid meetings and site surveys.
• Cost estimation of industrial/commercial/MEP projects including material, manpower, administrative expenses & other requirements.
• Preparations of bids/quotations. Complete proposal and tender documentation.
• Preparation of BOQs and material take-off (MTO). Project budgeting and planning.
• Advance knowledge of other engineering disciplines e.g., mechanical, and civil for consolidation for project bids that not entirely Electrical, I&E or MEP.
