Elite Power (Pvt) Ltd. is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the Sr. Manager Projects (E&I) position. Based at the head office in Lahore with required site visits, this role offers an opportunity to work on large-scale industrial or Oil & Gas projects. If you possess the required electrical engineering background and extensive management experience, you are encouraged to apply.

Education and Experience Requirements

Applicants must hold a B.S degree in Electrical Engineering. Candidates should have 10-12 years of extensive experience as an E&I Manager on large-scale industrial or Oil & Gas projects, with a strong focus on technical aspects and material management.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing various project phases and ensuring smooth operations. Key duties include:

• Lead internal project kickoffs and resource allocation.
• Develop project master plans, baseline schedules (P6), and progress reports.
• Oversee material supply, installations, IPC status, and SAP-formatted budgets.
• Manage client communications, RFIs, Variation Orders (VOs), and Minutes of Meeting (MOMs).
• Perform Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE) and Comparative Statements (CS) for procurement.
• Resolve site HR/Admin issues through the head office and ensure signed Inspection Reports (IRs).

Required technical and soft skills include proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project, along with strong leadership, project management, team coordination, and communication skills.
