Job Overview

District Health Authority Gujrat has announced job openings for Skilled Immunization Staff (SIS) including Vaccinators and LHV on a daily wage basis under the EPI Vaccination Support Program.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have a second-division Intermediate qualification along with a relevant medical diploma from a recognized council or institution. In case of non-availability, Matric with second division and a one-year diploma in the relevant field is acceptable.

Application and Interview Details

Interested candidates should send their plain paper applications along with attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC, and 2 passport-size photographs to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, District Health Authority, Gujrat by 26-08-2026. Interviews will be held on 31-08-2026 at 10:00 AM.
