Role Overview
Join Faisal Town as a Site Inspector (Building Control Section) to ensure quality and compliance in construction projects. This role demands experience in construction supervision and knowledge of relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction activities, preferably in Housing Societies.
- Ensure familiarity with bylaws (CDA, RDA, District Council).
- Understand the process of building control, development, and planning.
- Knowledge of drawing vetting for architectural structures is a plus.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Must Hold DAE Civil/Architecture Degree.
- Experience: Must have 3 to 5 years experience of supervision and construction preferably in Housing Society.
- Skills: Familiarity with government authority bylaws, building control processes, and construction supervision.
