Role Overview
Faisal Town is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to manage customer interactions for its projects. This role involves providing excellent service and support to clients, preferably within the real estate/housing sector.Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions, including incoming and outgoing calls.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Resolve routine and complex customer problems effectively.
- Document daily/routine work accurately in MS Excel.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (BA, BBA preferred).
- Experience: 02 years in a customer service or call center role; experience in the real estate/housing sector is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel.
