FinanceRole Responsibilities
Post vendor invoices, accruals, and petty cash expenses in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Handle month-end closings, inter-company transactions, fixed asset adjustments, and depreciation runs.
Support PR/PO/SES/GRN processes, prepayment bookings, and vendor payments.
Review employee expenses in AppZen for policy compliance.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
Coordinate with Supply Chain for timely documentation and corrections.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum graduate degree in Finance; Part-time CA (Chartered Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification is preferred.At least 3 years of experience in General Ledger (GL) operations or related accounting functions.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex financial data.
Well-organized, efficient under pressure, and effective in cross-functional collaboration.
Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented.
Preference given to candidates with Balochistan domicile.
