Shift Supervisor

Overview

DVAGO is currently looking for a dedicated and professional Shift Supervisor to join our team in Karachi.

Walk-in interviews are held regularly from Monday to Thursday between 11:00 am and 02:00 pm.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately counting and dispensing prescription medications, often using computerized systems.
• Providing basic medication information, answering questions, and directing patients to pharmacists for complex inquiries.
• Ensuring safe medication handling, storage, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Performing quality checks to ensure accurate and safe medication dispensing.
• Providing excellent customer service by being approachable and helpful to patients.
• Managing medication expiry.
• Performing other tasks assigned by your store manager or supervisor.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Intermediate (High School Diploma)
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Retail Pharmacy
• Skills: Medication dispensing, Prescription processing, Inventory management, Effective communication, Customer service, Interpersonal skills
