Pharmacist

Job Description

The Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care services. This includes dispensing medications, reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and safety, counseling patients, and providing drug information to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
Review prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness.
Counsel patients on medication use.
Provide drug information to healthcare professionals.
Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of medications.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
