Senior Software Developer

Role Overview

The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Information Technology Board seeks one Senior Software Developer on a contract basis for the 'E-Office for Secretariat Offices & All Attached Departments in AJK' project. This position is based in Muzaffarabad and offers a salary package of PKR 250,000/-.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification: MCS/BS (CS/CE/SE), or a relevant degree in IT from a reputed foreign or HEC recognized university/institution.
Experience: At least 05 years of relevant experience with similar responsibilities. Requires strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Analysis, and Design. Must have strong programming skills in frameworks such as PHP Laravel, Yii Framework, and Angular JS. The candidate should possess the ability to design and architect complex software systems. Experience in HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and CSS is mandatory, along with having completed 5 to 10 projects in the core programming area.

Terms & Conditions

Selection will be based on merit. Preference will be given to State Subjects of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. If suitable local candidates are unavailable, applicants from other parts of the country may be considered. Original documents are required at the interview stage. The maximum age limit is 40 years. No travel allowance will be provided for the test/interview. Only candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted. The IT Board may modify the number of advertised posts. Late or incomplete applications will be rejected.
