The Project Director, Rehabilitation of Pasni Fish Harbour Project, Government of Balochistan, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for engagement as Senior Site Engineer under the project titled "Feasibility Study for Rehabilitation of Pasni Fish Harbour". Position Details:

• Position: Senior Site Engineer
• Project: Rehabilitation of Pasni Fish Harbour
• Duty Station: Pasni Fish Harbour, District Gwadar
• Mode of Engagement: Fixed lump-sum, deliverable-based engagement
• Approved Lump Sum: Rs. 2,625,000/- inclusive of all taxes and charges

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following education, experience, and age requirements to be eligible for this role:

• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Harbour Engineering or Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Sc. Civil) from an HEC-recognized institution or similar.
• Experience: Minimum eight (08) years of relevant professional experience in harbour, jetty, breakwater, marine infrastructure and/or water-resource management projects.
• Maximum Age: Up to 50 years.

Scope of Assignment

The Senior Site Engineer shall review and vet all engineering drawings, reports and deliverables prepared under the Feasibility Study for the Rehabilitation of Pasni Fish Harbour Project, in accordance with the approved contract agreement with the consulting firm. No payment shall be admissible beyond the approved lump-sum amount. Payments shall be released against approved deliverables and proportionately linked to the financial progress of the consultancy.
