Project Overview

The Gwadar Safe City Project (GSCP), a Government of Balochistan initiative, is recruiting energetic local/domicile candidates from Balochistan for various contractual roles for a two-year term to enhance public safety in Gwadar.

Position Details: Radio Communication Engineer (PPS-7)

This role involves the design, implementation, and maintenance of radio communication systems vital for the Safe City Project's operations and emergency response.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: BE (Telecommunication/Network/Electronic/Electrical Engineering) from a recognized Institute/University with PEC Registration.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
Merit: Open to all candidates from Balochistan. (Note: 10% extra/additional marks will be given to Gwadar District Candidates).

General Terms and Conditions

The positions will be initially for a period of one year, extendable to a total of two years based on satisfactory performance, purely on a contract basis with a fixed annual increment for the second year. Local/Domicile holders from all over Balochistan are eligible. Candidates can apply separately for multiple posts. A screening test will be convened for all PPS-02 and above posts. Only shortlisted candidates based on merit/test results will be called for an interview. Recruitment quotas set by the Government of Balochistan for females, persons with disabilities, and minorities will be observed. The maximum age limit is 43 years as per Government of Balochistan age relaxation policy. No TA/DA will be admissible. Candidates already in Government service must apply through the proper channel and attach an NOC.
