Senior Policy Analyst/Team Lead

Qualification

Master's Degree (16 years of education) in Social Science or Management Sciences (from a Government/HEC-recognized university)

Experience

08 years of post-qualification experience in working in research and analysis, preferably in policy analysis. Out of 08, two years of experience as a team lead at the provincial/regional level is preferred.

Skills

• Strong Knowledge of international and regional policies, successful models, and practices for women's empowerment, promotion of gender equality, international commitments of Pakistan, and progress thereto.
• Strong managerial/administrative skills.
• Strong research, analytical skills, and report-writing skills.
• Strong computer skills.
