About the Role
The Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an incubation center, ensuring seamless coordination across all facility, staff, and service delivery functions. This includes developing and implementing operational plans, managing logistics, and ensuring IT equipment maintenance. The role is critical for upholding regulatory compliance standards and allocating resources efficiently to support the uninterrupted execution of program activities and development projects.Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university. Preferred academic backgrounds include Business Studies, Management Sciences, or Social Sciences, providing a comprehensive understanding of organizational management and development contexts.Experience
A minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience is required in managing operations, project implementation, or administrative functions. Experience within the public sector, development projects, or enterprise support institutions will be particularly valued, demonstrating familiarity with relevant operational environments.Required Skills
