Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to manage and oversee all electrical systems and machinery in our production facility to ensure smooth, safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, operate and maintain all electrical machinery and equipment in the factory.
Ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime through preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Plan and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing/food industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and safety regulations.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
