Job Overview

A government organization is looking for a qualified and experienced professional to be appointed on a contract basis for the Senior Manager (Business Development) position.
The ideal candidate will manage public sector contracts, proposal leadership, and market intelligence capabilities.

Qualification and Experience

Qualification: Master's degree / 16 years education in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience, including 05 years in business development / bid management in telecom, ICT, Safe City, surveillance or large infrastructure sectors.
