Senior Full-Stack MERN Engineer

About the Role

Join a small, high-impact team at MobiPixels as a Senior Full-Stack MERN Engineer. You will be developing new features for our AI-enabled Azure-hosted platform. The technology stack primarily involves a React frontend and a Node.js & Python backend. This position is ideal for experienced engineers with a background in MERN stack development and a keen interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing scalable, high-performance features for the platform.
• Advocating and implementing Agile best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensuring high code quality through comprehensive testing, debugging, and participation in code reviews.

Essential Skills & Experience

We require candidates with the following qualifications:

• 2-3 years of professional experience.
• Solid experience with Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proficiency with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Proven ability in building scalable APIs and working with cloud-based architectures.
• Experience or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with the following technologies is a plus:

• Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Python programming language.
• DevOps principles and practices.
• CI/CD pipeline implementation and management.
