Role: Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, and translating them into functional specifications for the development team. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that technology solutions align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities (General)

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create detailed functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and wireframes.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
• Support project management in defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
