Candidates should possess strong leadership, discipline, communication, and crisis-management skills. Excellent command over security planning, personnel management, and emergency response is required. Applicants must be physically fit and capable of effectively supervising security operations.

Eligibility & Experience

• Commissioned rank (Colonel / Lt. Colonel / Major from Pakistan Armed Forces).
• Preferably 5+ years of relevant post-retirement experience in security management.
• Experience in a housing society, residential community, large organization, or similar environment will be preferred.
