Job Overview

The Office of the District Health Officer, Jhelum Valley, invites applications for Security Guard (BPS-02). Three positions are available: Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Hattian (01 post), Basic Health Unit Kohri Banbadi (01 post), and Basic Health Unit NoKot (01 post). Permanent residents of District Jhelum Valley are eligible, with preference for ex-servicemen.

Key Responsibilities

The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hospital premises, staff, patients, and visitors, monitoring access points, patrolling, and responding to security incidents.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification: Literate. Preference will be given to ex-servicemen (retired from armed forces).
Age Limit: 18 to 40 years.

Application Process

Eligible candidates, who are state subjects of AJK (Category A) and permanent residents of District Jhelum Valley (holding Domicile and PRC of District Jhelum Valley), should submit their applications on plain paper. The application must be accompanied by attested copies of educational certificates (if any), CNIC, domicile, PRC, character certificate, discharge certificate (for ex-servicemen), and two recent passport-sized photographs. Applications should be sent to the Office of the District Health Officer, Jhelum Valley. Government employees must apply through the proper channel. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered. Condition #10 of the advertisement states that applications must be received at the District Health Officer's office within 15 days from an unspecified 'last date of submission'.
