Job Overview

The Office of the District Health Officer, Jhelum Valley, is seeking Sanitary Workers (BPS-02). Three positions are available: Rural Health Center Leepa (01 post), Basic Health Unit Bani Hafiz (01 post), and Basic Health Unit Chakothi (01 post). These positions are for permanent residents of District Jhelum Valley.

Key Responsibilities

The Sanitary Worker will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the sanitation of hospital premises, including wards, washrooms, and general areas, disposal of waste, and ensuring a hygienic environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualification: Literate.
• Age Limit: 18 to 40 years.

Application Process

Eligible candidates, who are state subjects of AJK (Category A) and permanent residents of District Jhelum Valley (holding Domicile and PRC of District Jhelum Valley), should submit their applications on plain paper. The application must be accompanied by attested copies of educational certificates (if any), CNIC, domicile, PRC, character certificate, and two recent passport-sized photographs. Applications should be sent to the Office of the District Health Officer, Jhelum Valley. Government employees must apply through the proper channel. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered. Condition #10 of the advertisement states that applications must be received at the District Health Officer's office within 15 days from an unspecified 'last date of submission'. Applicants are advised to submit their applications promptly. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview, for which no TA/DA will be paid. Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
