Project Overview

The Project Management Unit (PMU) of 'Gwadar Safe City Project (GSCP)', Government of Balochistan, is inviting applications from local/domicile candidates of Gwadar District for various contractual positions for a two-year period to ensure the security of project assets and personnel.

Position Details: Security Guard (PPS-1)

Four Security Guard positions are available. Responsibilities include safeguarding project premises, monitoring access, and ensuring security protocols are followed. These positions are open only to candidates from District Gwadar.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Matric from a recognized Board.
Experience: Experience will be preferred.
Merit: District Gwadar only.

General Terms and Conditions

The positions will be initially for a period of one year, extendable to a total of two years based on satisfactory performance, purely on a contract basis with a fixed annual increment for the second year. Candidates can apply separately for multiple posts. Only shortlisted candidates based on qualifications (for PPS-01 in ratio 1:6) will be called for an interview. Recruitment quotas set by the Government of Balochistan for females, persons with disabilities, and minorities will be observed. The maximum age limit is 43 years as per Government of Balochistan age relaxation policy. No TA/DA will be admissible. Candidates already in Government service must apply through the proper channel and attach an NOC.
