Project Overview

The Gwadar Safe City Project (GSCP), under the Government of Balochistan, is hiring local/domicile candidates from Gwadar District for various contractual positions for a two-year term to support project operations.

Position Details: Sanitation Worker/ Sweeper (PPS-1)

Two positions are open for Sanitation Workers/Sweepers. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the project premises. These positions are exclusively for candidates from District Gwadar.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Literate/Middle level.
Experience: Experience will be preferred.
Merit: District Gwadar only.

General Terms and Conditions

The positions will be initially for a period of one year, extendable to a total of two years based on satisfactory performance, purely on a contract basis with a fixed annual increment for the second year. Candidates can apply separately for multiple posts. Only shortlisted candidates based on qualifications (for PPS-01 in ratio 1:6) will be called for an interview. Recruitment quotas set by the Government of Balochistan for females, persons with disabilities, and minorities will be observed. The maximum age limit is 43 years as per Government of Balochistan age relaxation policy. No TA/DA will be admissible. Candidates already in Government service must apply through the proper channel and attach an NOC.
