Security Expert (Investigations)

Role Overview

Pakistan Railways Headquarters Lahore is inviting applications for the position of Security Expert (Investigations) under the project titled 'Establishment of Business Development and HR Support Unit, Pakistan Railways'. This is a contract-based role under the Project Pay Scale (PPS-09) system, initially for two years and extendable based on performance or project completion.

Key Responsibilities

The Security Expert will leverage their extensive investigative experience, particularly in terrorism, espionage, and organized crime. Responsibilities include proficiency with surveillance techniques, conducting thorough background checks, and performing security audits. Preference will be given to candidates demonstrating experience in Federal or International joint investigations or intelligence operations.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Forensic Science/Criminology.
2. All degrees must be recognized by PEC/HEC.
Candidates holding foreign degrees must provide an equivalency certificate issued by HEC/PEC.

Experience Required

A minimum of ten (10) years of overall post-qualification investigative experience is mandatory. Only post-qualification experience will be considered for eligibility.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for applicants is 50 years. This limit includes any applicable age relaxations.

Candidates currently serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organizations must apply through the proper channel with a departmental NOC. Pakistan Railways Headquarters reserves the right to select/reject or not fill the position without assigning any reason.
