Job Overview

The Government of Pakistan, through the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join the National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) as Intelligence Officers. These positions are available in various locations across Pakistan, including Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. The selected candidates will be hired on a contract basis for an initial period of five years.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the position of Intelligence Officer:

• Age: Maximum 52 years.
• Educational Qualification: Matric.
• Requirements for Male Candidates:
  • Must have qualified a 3-Months Intelligence course from SMI, DSI/NIA, SOI, Naval Intelligence & IB Academy.
  • Preferably 4 years of post-intelligence course experience in a field intelligence operation setup.
• Requirements for Female Candidates:
  • Experience of serving in any intelligence setup will be preferred for this appointment.
  • An Experience Certificate must be attached with the CV.
• Note for Retired Officials: Retired officials (JCOs/NCOs/Inspectors/Sub-Inspectors/Assistant Sub-Inspectors) from Police, Civil & Military Intelligence Agencies are encouraged to apply.
• Language Proficiency: Candidates proficient in the respective regional language will be preferred.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions will apply:

• The appointment will be on a contract basis for an initial period of 5 years, which may be extendable if required.
• Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application at any stage without assigning any reason.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
• Providing false information at any stage will result in disqualification.
• Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
• Employees currently serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application submission.
• Attested certificates from the relevant board must be provided at the time of joining.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
• Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones and smartwatches are not allowed during the test and interview.
