Requirements & Eligibility

• Minimum Bachelor's degree with 8 to 10 years of solid experience in retail operations, floor supervision, and category management within large-scale hypermarkets or supermarkets.
• Extensive operational knowledge of the assigned category including stock dynamics, local vendor networks, and seasonal trends specific to the Pakistani market.
